On November 19th the opening ceremony for SIBE´s Innovation Management Professional (IMP)–program, in cooperation with the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communication of Brazil (MCTIC) took place.
In Steinbeis House of Management and Technology in Stuttgart the Brazilian IMP–participants heard three presentations by current SIBE students. Focus of these presentations were the respective projects of the students within their project giving company, Robert Bosch GmbH in Reutlingen. The presentations gave an impression of how innovative projects look like in Germany to the attending Ministry-employees.
Within the upcoming two weeks the participants will visit different private and public institutions in Germany e.g. Daimler AG, Technical University Munich, University Clinic Tübingen and the German Centre for Aerospace (DLR). With the knowledge earned from these visits, development of innovations in the Ministry and development within Brazil as a whole should be advanced.
The MCTIC–employees will be the third group that completes SIBE´s IMP-program. All 30 participants are public servants from all over Brazil. “Innovation Management Professional” is a program that supports organizations with the development and implementation of innovations, by targeted employee education. It is conducted by SIBE and SIBE do Brasil.
