After completion of the first „course stage“ in SIBE’s DBA program, I managed to gain critical thinking skills regarding my own research area. These courses were essential for me to be able to find my approach toward my study, understand the right way to collect data, critically evaluate the result of my data. It also provided me with a clear and comprehensive account of the study that I am going to conduct.
SIBE’s DBA program has been helpful in my career and my personal life. The organization I’m working at encouraged me to share my experience and conduct a Kaizen project to forecast an annual saving for the company due to my current status in the DBA program. I will also have the prerogative to utilize this knowledge to develop my own dental business in terms of assessing the team’s impact on profitability.
The quality of this DBA program, along with the assistance and responsiveness of SIBE, make it an excellent experience for me, and I’m excited to keep going until the completion of my doctorate degree.
