Since 2013, as part of SIBE’s comprehensive evaluation system, active representatives from the partner companies, known as business mentors, have been invited annually to take part in a survey on the quality of the course and the content taught, as well as the transfer of the course content into practical company projects.
The current survey in the SIBE Management Masters was conducted in the fall of 2019. Participation in the current survey was gratifyingly high, with a response rate of 57% (N = 253). As in previous years, the results of the survey are again extremely positive:
After analysing the feedback received, it can be summarised that in 2019 the vast majority of 92% of the business mentors surveyed are again satisfied or very satisfied with the SIBE Management Master’s. In addition, most business mentors (92%) rate the benefit of having a student participate in the SIBE Master’s programme as high or very high.
The tendency to recommend the course to others is also consistently high: 92% of the business mentors agree with the question of whether they would recommend the course to others.
By evaluating the numerous feedbacks, SIBE can respond even better to the needs of its partner companies. This year, we will again take up the suggestions and ideas of our business mentors mentioned in the survey and use them for continuous adjustments of the study program.
