Dual Program Innovation Management – MBA General Management & Quantum Diploma
Innovation is a crucial strategy for survival in a competitive business landscape. Our continuing education MBA program does not remain on the surface of how (technological) change can be shaped. Rather, entrepreneurial value is created through the realization of an individual innovation project. This contributes to professional and personal development.
Besides acquiring or deepening business skills, the focus is on strengthening skills required to drive impactful innovation. And as future technologies like Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and Quantum Computing massively influence corporate activities, additional focus is layed on exploiting their opportunities. With this unique focus, the program truly supports leadership aspirations.
Content and Process
All subjects, except the Quantum Computer tour and the visit of the exhibition, can be completed 100% online within a year followed by the MBA Thesis that deals with a complex innovation project related to the student’s own company or professional environment. Thus, this project can but does not have to deal with the topics of AI or Quantum Computing.
It is possible to start all year round. This means that the course can be adapted to suit individual circumstances, such as professional and private commitments or stays abroad.

Alma Mater Europaea
The Alma Mater Europaea was established as an international educational institution based in Salzburg, with campuses in several European cities. It was founded by the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, which unites over 2.000 of world’s most prominent scientists, including 37 Nobel laureates. Its European Center Herrenberg specializes in innovation and leadership courses with a focus on the transfer of science into entrepreneurial and social practice.

- University degree (at least Bachelor)
- 2 years working experience
- Very good German or English skills (depending on chosen seminar language)
- Successful completion of the admission procedure

Fees
The total tuition fees for the MBA program and the Quantum Diploma are €16,800 plus €1,140 value added tax (B2C) or 19% sales tax (B2B)
The following services are included in the tuition fees:
- Enrollment during the study time
- All courses and examinations as required by the program’s examination regulations.
- Reviewing of and feedback on all graded assignments and performance evaluations in a timely manner.
- Full access to the learning platforms as well as to all mandatory teaching materials (textbooks, presentations, cases, videos, etc.)
- Free access to the online libraries of the SIBE and DUK
