Privacy Policy Graduation Ceremony 2023

Your personal data will be processed in a computer system used by the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE). The data will be stored for a maximum period of 3 months. All personal data collected and processed by us are protected by technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access and manipulation. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential. If tickets for the graduation ceremony are booked, they will be created after successful completion of the ordering process via the WordPress plugin Tickera, which is operated on our own server. In this process, personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address) will be collected from the buyer and all ticket recipients and irrevocably deleted no later than three months after the graduation ceremony has been held. If necessary, you will be redirected to the payment service provider Mollie during the ordering process for the purpose of payment. Depending on the payment method, Mollie collects the data required for processing the payment itself, e.g. on its own website or via a technical integration in the ordering process. This declaration of consent can be revoked at any time for the future against SIBE (info@steinbeis-sibe.de).

Ticket checkout instructions

If necessary, we ask you to follow the instructions of our payment service provider Mollie to complete the order of your ticket(s). For orders with payable tickets, you will receive your ticket(s) via email upon successful receipt of your payment. All tickets must be on hand on graduation day. We would also like to mention that, depending on the banking institution, the transfer may take up to 2 days to be completed.
