The objective is not to apply for a patent (but this can be an intermediate stage), but we understand innovation as the realisation of an idea in the market.

Within the Innovation Projects, the focus is clearly on new developments, and especially on transfer. Due to their scope and depth, they are suitable for systematically tackling future challenges and successfully implementing the innovative solutions developed in the market. For project implementation, we jointly define the requirements for the innovation team. The innovation team usually consists of an experienced project manager from your company as well as one to a maximum of five project staff with the corresponding technical expertise, who can also be provided by us. We bring in the expertise of top experts for this topic area on a situational basis and also provide a project manager on the SIBE side. As a rule, the projects are scheduled for one year, and the project team is managed using an innovation project system that we have developed and tested.

In addition, we support you situationally on the basis of the analysis of your company’s core competences in developing or identifyinginnovation fields or ideas. The proposals developed are presented to your management and discussed together in order to subsequently define the projects and their order of implementation.
